Alfanous is a full-text Quranic search engine. Type any Arabic word, phrase, or Latin transliteration into the search box, then click Quick search. Click any example below to try it instantly.

AI Search (beta): Uses AI-powered semantic understanding to find conceptually related ayahs, even when the exact word is absent. Best for thematic queries in natural language.
Fuzzy Search: Enabled by default. Tolerates small spelling differences and diacritics variations, so you do not need to type perfectly vocalized Arabic.

Görünüm: Controls how each result is presented. Default: balanced view with ayah text and translation. Minimal: ayah text only. Normal: adds metadata. Full: complete details. Statistic: word statistics. Linguistic: morphological analysis. Recitation: audio player for each ayah.
Sort: Relevance: highest matching score first (default). Mus'haf: Quran page order. Tanzil: revelation order. Topics: grouped by subject. Ayah length: shorter to longer.
Çeviri: Choose a translation to display alongside each Arabic ayah. Select No translation to hide translations.
Okuma: Select a reciter whose audio will be available in Recitation view mode. Choose No recitation to disable audio.
Script: Choose the Arabic script style for displaying ayah text. Standard: modern vocalized script (default). Unvocalized: removes tashkeel for a cleaner look. Uthmani: traditional Uthmani Quranic script.
